The Banking and Finance Study Program, Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara, will organize a Coaching Clinic for Enhancing Student Creativity in Preparation for OLIVIA XI 2026 as a form of mentoring and guidance for students in preparing their best works for the OLIVIA XI 2026 competition.

Through this coaching clinic, students will receive direct mentoring sessions to review their work, clarify and strengthen their innovative ideas, and prepare the best possible materials before entering the submission stage and competition preliminary rounds.

This program is expected to enhance students’ creativity, innovative thinking skills, and readiness to participate in national-level competitions. In addition, the coaching clinic also serves as a forum for discussion and idea development, enabling students to produce more applicable, competitive, and value-added works.

Students are encouraged to register their teams promptly and take advantage of this opportunity as an initial step in preparing for OLIVIA XI 2026.

Through this initiative, the Faculty of Vocational Education at USU continues its commitment to supporting the development of students’ potential, creativity, and achievements through various academic mentoring and innovation programs.
