Faculty of Vocational Education USU Organizes a Leadership Capacity-Building Program for the USU Vocational Education Student Executive Board (BEM Vokasi USU)
October 14, 2026 – The Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), will organize the Leadership Capacity-Building Program for BEM Vokasi USU (Leadership & Organizational Management Camp). This activity reflects the commitment of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU to enhancing leadership capacity, organizational management skills, and developing student character grounded in integrity, professionalism, and competitiveness.
The activity will feature Bambang Riyanto, S.S., M.Si. as the speaker, sharing insights and knowledge on leadership and effective organizational management. Through this program, students are expected to develop decision-making skills, build effective communication, strengthen teamwork, and enhance their sense of responsibility in managing student organizations.

Through this activity, the Faculty of Vocational Education USU continues to support student potential development, not only in academics but also in leadership, character building, and organizational skills. Consequently, the program is expected to nurture a generation of competent young leaders with integrity who can make positive contributions to the campus environment and society.
