Invitation to a Coordination Meeting on Aligning Semester Learning Plans with Project-Based Learning (PBL)
As part of efforts to improve the quality of learning within the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), and to fulfill the standards for Graduate Learning Outcomes (Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan/CPL), it is necessary to align the Semester Learning Plans (Rencana Pembelajaran Semester/RPS) to ensure that they are oriented toward student learning outputs through the Project-Based Learning (PBL) method.
Therefore, we hereby invite you to attend the coordination meeting, which will be held as follows:
Day/Date: Monday, August 10, 2026
Time: 11:00 a.m. WIB onwards
Venue: Faculty of Vocational Education Hall
Agenda:
Alignment of Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) for each course;
Evaluation and finalization of the integration of Project-Based Learning (PBL) activities into each lecture session.
Considering the importance of this meeting, we kindly request that you attend on time and bring the draft Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for your respective course, including the planned learning project activities for each lecture session.
