Announcement Of Recipients Of Student Financial Assistance Scholarship (bbm) And Achievement Scholarship (bp) For Even Semester Ay 2025/2026 | Faculty of Vocational Education Universitas Sumatera Utara

Following the completion of the registration process, document verification, and interviews for the Student Financial Assistance Scholarship (Bantuan Belajar Mahasiswa/BBM) and Achievement Scholarship (Beasiswa Prestasi/BP) for the Even Semester of the Academic Year 2025/2026, we hereby inform the details of the selection process, recipients, and subsequent stages as follows:

The scholarship administrative selection process was conducted at the Faculty level. Subsequently, the Faculty sent an official letter to the University containing the list of students who passed the administrative selection;
Based on this data, the University compiled the names of eligible students and announced the interview schedule;
The interview selection was held on 10–11 March 2026 at the USU Auditorium, with a total of 1,144 students scheduled for interviews;
After the interview stage, further verification and ranking were conducted based on interview results;
The quota for BBM and BP scholarships was 538 students each, totaling 1,076 students. However, only 333 students applied for BBM, while 811 students applied for BP. Therefore, quota adjustments were made by reallocating BBM quota to BP to optimize utilization;
As a result, 305 students passed the BBM selection, and 758 students passed the BP selection, with a total of 1,063 scholarship recipients for the Even Semester AY 2025/2026;
The BBM and BP scholarships for the Even Semester AY 2025/2026 are awarded only for this semester, meaning there will be only one disbursement scheduled in April 2026;

Students who have passed are required to prepare a statement letter according to the provided template and submit their BNI bank account details. The soft copy of the statement letter and BNI account number must be uploaded to: https://tinyurl.com/finalisasibbmbp26 no later than 9 April 2026.
