Announcement of the Offering of the Student Learning Assistance Scholarship (BBM) and Merit Scholarship for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026
Respectfully, in connection with the 2026 Work Program of the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau of USU, we hereby announce that the offering of the Student Learning Assistance Scholarship (BBM) and the Merit Scholarship for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026 has been opened. The selection process for the Student Learning Assistance Scholarship (BBM) and the Merit Scholarship in the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026 will involve both the Faculty and the University, with the details as follows:
Students are required to register both online and offline. Online registration is conducted through https://tinyurl.com/formbbmusugenap2526 for the Student Learning Assistance Scholarship (BBM), and https://tinyurl.com/formbpusugenap2526 for the Merit Scholarship (BP);
Offline registration and document selection are carried out by the Student Affairs Division at each Faculty. Subsequently, the Faculty recommends applicants who have fulfilled and completed all administrative requirements to the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau through an official letter;
The quota for the BBM Scholarship and the Merit Scholarship for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026 is 538 students for each scholarship. The scholarship amount awarded is IDR 2,100,000 per student;

Furthermore, please carry out promotion through the official social media platforms (website, Instagram, Facebook, and study program cohort WhatsApp groups) of your respective Faculties.
The registration deadline for the Student Learning Assistance Scholarship (BBM) and the Merit Scholarship (BP) for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026 is February 27, 2026.
