Announcement on Faculty Workload Reporting (BKD) for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year
The Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), would like to inform all faculty members to prepare and complete their Faculty Workload Report (Beban Kerja Dosen/BKD) for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year in accordance with the established schedule.
The BKD report forms part of the evaluation of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which includes teaching and learning, research, community service, and other supporting academic activities. All faculty members are expected to complete their BKD reports accurately and on time through the designated reporting system. The reporting schedule follows the latest regulations issued by the Directorate General of Higher Education governing BKD reporting for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
The BKD reporting process will be conducted according to the following schedule:

| Approval and Submission of BKD Reports to the Ministry | 15 – 16 September 2026 |
All faculty members within the Faculty of Vocational Education, USU, are encouraged to pay close attention to each stage and deadline to ensure that the reporting, assessment, and approval processes are completed in an orderly and timely manner.
