In connection with the approaching end of the term of office of the Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs at the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara for the 2021–2026 period, and Announcement Number 2/UN5.1.SU/KP/2026 concerning the Appointment of Heads and Secretaries of Departments and Study Programs within Universitas Sumatera Utara for the 2026–2031 period, the following is hereby conveyed:

1. Registration for Candidates for Head and Secretary of Study Programs within the Faculty of Vocational Education USU will commence as follows:

• Medical check-up implementation: 06 June 2026 to 13 June 2026
• Registration and submission of application documents: 08 June 2026 to 15 June 2026

2. Document verification for candidates for Head and Secretary of Study Programs at the Faculty of Vocational Education USU by the Verification Team will be conducted from 08 June 2026 to 15 June 2026.
3. Interviews for candidates for Head and Secretary of Study Programs within the Faculty of Vocational Education USU by the Interview Team will be conducted from 09 June 2026 to 16 June 2026.
4. Registration is conducted in accordance with the Organizational Structure and Work Procedures of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU as determined by the Rector, consisting of:
