Circular Letter On The Final Semester Examination (uas) For The Even Semester Of Academic Year 2025/2026 | Faculty of Vocational Education Universitas Sumatera Utara

Dear Lecturers,

In accordance with the Academic Calendar of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) for Academic Year 2025/2026, as stipulated in Decree No. 2769/UN5.1.R/SK/PK.00/2025 dated June 26, 2025, the Final Semester Examination (UAS) for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026 will be conducted from June 1 to June 12, 2026.

The examinations will be administered through both online (virtual) and offline (in-person) modes by the respective course lecturers.

In this regard, all course lecturers are kindly requested to observe the following:

Lecturers whose courses have not yet met the minimum required number of class meetings (14 sessions) must fulfill this requirement in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Lecturers are required to complete attendance records through their accounts on the USU system at:
https://satu.usu.ac.id/
The schedule for the Final Semester Examination (UAS) should follow the established course schedule.
Lecturers are responsible for supervising examinations according to the schedule determined by their respective study programs.
Examination questions must be reproduced by the course lecturers. Printing and duplication services may be carried out through USU Press.
Study Program administrative staff are responsible for printing the Student Attendance List (through the Academic Information System/SIA) and the Examination Reports for all courses.
Study Program administrative staff may collect the Answer Sheets from the Academic Affairs Office of the Vocational Faculty.
Course lecturers may obtain the Examination Reports, Answer Sheets, and Student Attendance Lists from the administrative staff of their respective study programs.
The grading period for the Final Semester Examination will take place from June 2 to June 17, 2026.
