Faculty of Vocational Education USU Announces the Distribution Schedule and Requirements for PKKMB 2026 Attributes

In preparation for the 2026 Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (Pengenalan Kehidupan Kampus bagi Mahasiswa Baru/PKKMB), the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has announced the schedule for distributing PKKMB attributes to all new students.

New students are expected to attend according to the schedule assigned to their respective study programs and bring all required documents. The distribution of PKKMB attributes will be held at the Faculty of Vocational Education USU according to the following schedule.

Requirements for Collecting PKKMB Attributes

Students are required to bring:

  • Original Identity Card (KTP) or a photocopy of the Family Card (KK) for those who do not yet have a KTP.
  • Temporary Student ID Card (KTMS).
  • Proof of admission.
  • Proof of tuition fee (UKT) payment.

  • Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Public Sector Accounting

13:00–16:00 WIB

  • Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Instrumentation Engineering Technology
  • Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Statistics

  • Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Tourism Business Management
  • Diploma Program in Tax Administration

  • Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Digital Office Administration

  • Diploma Program in Metrology & Instrumentation
  • Diploma Program in Pharmaceutical and Food Analysis
  • Diploma Program in Japanese

Regulations

  • Students are expected to attend according to the schedule assigned to their respective study programs.
  • Students who are unable to attend on their assigned schedule may collect their attributes directly from the Student Affairs Division of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU during working hours.
  • Attribute collection cannot be delegated to friends or other individuals.
  • Before collecting their attributes, students must complete their personal information through the link or QR code provided by the committee.

All new students are encouraged to carefully follow the established schedule to ensure that the distribution process runs smoothly and orderly.
