Notice of Online Learning Activities at the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara

Referring to the letters issued by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Alumni Relations, No. 11757/UN5.1.R1/TM.00/2026 dated May 14, 2026, regarding the Permission for the Use of Classrooms and Computer Laboratories for the 2026 Independent Student Selection Examination (SMM), and No. 12131/UN5/WR1/R1/TM.00/2026 dated May 16, 2026, regarding the Permission for the Use of Classrooms and Computer Laboratories for the 2026 Western Indonesia State Universities Independent Selection Examination (SMM-PTN Barat), which will be held as follows:

• Computer-Based Written Examination (UTBK) for the Universitas Sumatera Utara Independent Student Selection (SMM) 2026: June 13–15, 2026
• Computer-Based Written Examination (UTBK) for SMM-PTN Barat 2026: June 17–21, 2026

To support the smooth implementation of these examinations and the sterilization process of classrooms and computer laboratories before and after the examinations, all learning and lecture activities at the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara will be conducted online from June 10 to June 21, 2026.

Online classes will be conducted through the learning platforms designated by each course lecturer.
