In connection with the upcoming Graduation Ceremony for Period I of the 2024/2025 Academic Year at Universitas Sumatera Utara, which will be held from November 28 to November 30, 2024, we hereby inform you to record all graduates who are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, whether for the photo session or the ceremonial event, for any reason.
Graduates who cannot attend must submit an official letter explaining their reason for absence. The list of absent graduates must be submitted to the Academic Bureau no later than November 21, 2024.
This reporting process aims to prevent empty seats during the graduation ceremony.
