Medan, October 5, 2026 – The Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held a Meeting on the Evaluation of Study Program Performance Target Achievement and Follow-Up on Performance Target Fulfillment on Monday, October 5, 2026, at the Hall of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU. The meeting was led directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU and attended by the entire faculty leadership, Heads of Study Programs, the Head of the Administrative Office, and managers within the Faculty of Vocational Education USU.
The meeting was held as part of the Faculty of Vocational Education's efforts to evaluate the achievement of performance targets for each Study Program, while also ensuring that the implementation and fulfillment of performance indicators proceed according to the established targets.
During the meeting, each Study Program evaluated its performance achievements. In addition, data validation and synchronization were conducted among the Study Programs, Faculty, and University to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the performance achievement data to be used in performance reporting.
The Dean of the Faculty of Vocational Education emphasized the importance of each Study Program ensuring that all achievements are properly documented and recorded in the University's system. This is an important part of ensuring that each achievement can be accounted for and used as supporting data in subsequent performance reporting and evaluation processes.
The meeting also discussed follow-up actions for several performance indicators that had not yet reached their targets. Each Study Program and related unit is expected to promptly identify obstacles, develop solutions, and accelerate target fulfillment in accordance with their respective duties and authorities.
Through this evaluation meeting, the Faculty of Vocational Education USU continues to strengthen coordination and synergy among units, particularly between Study Programs, the Faculty, and supporting units. Each achievement is expected not only to be realized but also supported by valid evidence, properly documented, and recorded in the University's system.
The meeting concluded with an emphasis on all Heads of Study Programs, managers, and related units to immediately carry out follow-up actions in accordance with their respective duties and authorities. Progress in target fulfillment will subsequently become part of the performance evaluation in the following month, enabling the process of improving performance achievements to be carried out continuously and measurably.
