Medan, August 17, 2026 – Proud news comes from the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU). Naomi Karina Hutagalung, S.IP., M.I.Pol., a lecturer of the Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Digital Office Administration, successfully won 2nd Place in the Universitas Sumatera Utara University-Level Karaoke Competition as part of the celebration of the 81st Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia.
The achievement was part of a series of activities commemorating the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia within Universitas Sumatera Utara, which was attended by the academic community from various faculties and work units at USU. Through the karaoke competition, the activity not only served as a means of entertainment and a celebration of the spirit of independence, but also provided a platform for the academic community to showcase their talents and creativity while building togetherness.
