An association is a group of individuals placed in a container to achieve a common goal and realize the vision and mission of the association. This is also true for HIMASTA. HIMASTA is an association of statistics students that has goals, vision, and mission to create a quality association. One of the work programs owned by HIMASTA is HIMAKRAB Night. The event aims to gather all active statistics students and strengthen the relationship between students from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 cohorts. HIMAKRAB Night went smoothly, although there was a change in schedule due to the delay of students attending the event. However, this did not become a barrier to gathering all students.
At the HIMAKRAB Night event, all students were gathered to attend a communal meal, play games together, share experiences, and disseminate information about HIMASTA conducted by all heads of the organizational divisions. Through this event, all active students will understand the importance of relationships that each student must establish. These relationships will be the key to maintaining the existence of the association. The association will certainly change chairman each period; therefore, strong relationships are needed to trust each other to prevent division. The implementation of HIMAKRAB Night indirectly strengthens the relationships between the three cohorts to maintain HIMASTA in the future. Thus, this is an explanation of the HIMAKRAB Night that has taken place.
