The inauguration was attended by the Vice Dean, Head of the Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Tourism Business Management, lecturers of the Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Tourism Business Management, managers of the Faculty of Vocational Education, representatives of the Faculty of Vocational Education Student Executive Board (BEM), representatives of student associations from study programs within the Faculty of Vocational Education, and students.
The series of activities began with remarks from the Vice Dean for Education, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Solahuddin Nasution, S.E., M.SP. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of student organizations as a platform for developing students' leadership, teamwork, communication, and responsibility skills. The new management is expected to carry out its mandate properly and organize various activities that provide benefits to students and the study program.
Next, the Head of the Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Tourism Business Management, Koko Sujatmoko, S.E., M.Si., also delivered remarks. He expressed his appreciation to the previous HIMBISTA management and provided support for the HIMBISTA BPH for the 2026/2027 Academic Year to carry out its work programs actively, creatively, and responsibly. He also emphasized the importance of synergy among students, student organizations, lecturers, and the study program in creating a positive academic and organizational environment.

The event continued with the inauguration ceremony of the HIMBISTA BPH for the 2026/2027 Academic Year, conducted by the Head of the Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Tourism Business Management. This ceremony marked the official moment for the new management to receive its mandate and responsibility to manage HIMBISTA throughout the one-term management period.
The inauguration of the HIMBISTA BPH for the 2026/2027 Academic Year is expected to serve as an initial step for the new management to continue contributing to the development of student activities, strengthen student solidarity, and build collaboration with various student organizations within the Faculty of Vocational Education.
