Monday, August 19, 2024 - The USU HR Bureau conducted TALENTA Training activities for Education Personnel at the USU Vocational Faculty Hall. USU Vice Chancellor for Finance and HR, Mr. Dr. Muhammad Arifin Nasution S.Sos., M.SP, gave a speech and opened this TALENTA Training activity. This activity was attended by Deputy Dean II, Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU, the Head of the HR Bureau, and all education personnel within the Faculty of Vocational Education USU.
The speakers in this training activity were Mr. Dr. Nurman Achamd, S.Sos, with the material “Implementation of the BINTANG Value System with AKHLAK for Education Personnel in the USU Environment,” and Mrs. Juli Agustini, S.E with the material “Excellent Service Communication Techniques.” In the presentation of the material, the resource person hopes that the education staff in the Faculty of Vocational Education can implement the BINTANG value system: Pious to God Almighty in the frame of diversity, Innovative with integrity, Tough and wise and AKHLAK and can improve the quality of service of education personnel to students and lecturers.
At the end of the series of activities, the resource person, Mrs. Juli Agustini, SE, acted out an excellent service role-play for educational staff in the USU Faculty of Vocational Education.
