The Market Day and Product Exhibition activity is part of efforts to strengthen students’ entrepreneurial competencies, particularly in fostering a startup mindset and entrepreneurial skills in the fields of banking and finance. Through this activity, students were given space to display, market, and promote creative products and business ideas that had been developed during the learning process.

A lively atmosphere was seen at one of the student booths from the Banking and Finance Study Program, which showcased culinary products created through student creativity. Students appeared enthusiastic in serving visitors at booths that were independently managed, from the preparation process to product promotion. The sense of togetherness and team spirit was clearly visible, reflecting the direct application of entrepreneurial values, customer service, and business management that students had learned during their studies. A variety of student-created products were exhibited at this event, ranging from culinary products to other business innovations that reflected students’ creativity and ability to manage enterprises. Beyond serving as an exhibition, this activity also functioned as a hands-on practice arena for students to apply marketing strategies, customer service, and business financial management.

With the implementation of the Market Day and Product Exhibition, it is expected that students will be able to enhance their practical experience in entrepreneurship, strengthen soft skills, and prepare themselves to become graduates who are ready to compete in the workforce as well as in the business world. This activity also represents the Faculty of Vocational Education, USU's commitment to supporting practice-based learning and collaboration, in line with the spirit of educational transformation.
