Medan, March 3, 2026 – Education personnel appointed as website operators for study programs within the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), participated in website operator training with the Directorate of Digitalization and System Integration of USU. The activity was held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the Meeting Room of the Directorate of Digitalization and System Integration of USU.

The training was attended by education personnel assigned as website operators from five study programs in the Faculty of Vocational Education, namely the Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Instrumentation Engineering Technology, Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Digital Office Administration, Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Applied Chemistry, Diploma Program in Library Science, and Diploma Program in Metrology and Instrumentation.

The activity was conducted as part of efforts to improve the operators' understanding and skills in managing and updating study program website content. Through this training, the operators gained an understanding of website management in accordance with the systems and provisions implemented by Universitas Sumatera Utara.

In addition to improving technical competencies, the activity is expected to support the management of study program information so that it is more organized, up-to-date, and informative, allowing websites to serve as a medium for delivering academic and study program activity information to students, the academic community, and the public.

The training with the Directorate of Digitalization and System Integration USU also served as part of efforts to strengthen synergy between the Faculty of Vocational Education and the university's digital system management unit in supporting digital transformation and technology-based information management within USU.
