Medan, February 15, 2025 – The Auditorium of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) was filled with the enthusiasm of hundreds of high school and vocational high school students who attended the 2025 USU Faculty Exhibition Bazaar. This event was held to help prospective students get to know the various faculties at USU better, so that they can determine the major that best suits their interests and talents.
All faculties at USU participated in this exhibition, including the Faculty of Vocational Studies which also presented various excellent study programs and student works. Each faculty's stand was attractively designed with various information about the curriculum, career prospects, and college experiences that can be obtained at USU.
This activity aims to provide direct insight to high school/vocational high school students about college life. they do not only choose majors based on name or popularity, but also understand what they will learn and go through later.
In addition to the exhibition, this event was also enlivened by a question and answer session, workshops, and talk shows from active students who shared their experiences. The students looked enthusiastic about exploring information from each faculty stand, hoping to get a clearer picture before continuing their education to a higher level.
