The Applied Bachelor’s Program in Applied Chemistry, Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara, organized a workshop on the development of Oleohouse laboratory modules. The activity was conducted in a group setting consisting of study program lecturers and began with a presentation on the principles of effective module development delivered by an experienced resource person.
Following the presentation, participants engaged in discussions and collaboratively designed modules based on predetermined themes. During this session, each group member contributed ideas and experiences, resulting in integrated and comprehensive modules. At the end of the session, each group presented their module design to the resource person to receive constructive feedback and suggestions.
Through this collaborative approach, it is expected that the group will produce high-quality modules that are ready to be implemented in the learning process. The workshop was held at the Hall of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara, on October 28, 2025.
