Workshop on ZI-WBK Implementation (6 Levers) Faculty of Vocational Education USU
Wednesday, September 04, 2024—The Faculty of Vocational Education USU held a Workshop on the Implementation of ZI-WBK (6 Levers) at the Faculty of Vocational Education Hall. This activity was attended by Lecturers and Education Personnel within the Faculty of Vocational Education USU. Mrs. Dr. Yasmin Chairunisa Muchtar SP, MBA, as Deputy Dean II of the Faculty of Vocational Education, gave a speech and opened the activity. The first material presentation in this activity was about Increasing Accountability and Public Services with the resource person Mrs. Chorlina Trisa Siregar S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep., Sp.KMB. In his presentation, the speaker hopes that the Education Personnel in the USU Faculty of Vocational Education can behave with transparency and access to information and improve public services. Service satisfaction for students who provide excellent service. The aim of improving the quality of public services is to improve the quality of service, especially within the Faculty of Vocational Education.
Furthermore, the second material was about Strengthening Accountability and Improving the Quality of Public Services with the resource person Mr. Imam Bagus Sumantri S.Farm, M.Si, Apt. In his presentation, the speaker also hoped that this activity could increase the capacity and accountability of the performance of Lecturers and Education Personnel at the Faculty of Vocational Education. It is hoped that in the future, the Faculty of Vocational Education will implement ZI-WBK regulations and good governance as a form of excellent service to the students we serve. In the form of public services, it is necessary to have SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and the importance of publication of these standards so that later, we can re-conduct surveys aimed at improving services to students in the future.
