Medan, December 20, 2024 – The Vocational Faculty of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) successfully held the 2024 Year-End Meeting and Evaluation of the 2nd Anniversary of the Vocational Faculty at the Vocational Faculty Hall on Friday afternoon (20/12). The entire faculty leadership, lecturers, and administrative staff attended the event, reflected on this year’s achievements, and shared aspirations for the upcoming year.
The event began at 1:30 PM WIB and was officially opened by the Dean of the Vocational Faculty, Isfenti Sadalia, S.E., M.A. In her opening remarks, she expressed appreciation for the contributions of the entire Vocational Faculty academic community throughout 2024. “This meeting is an important moment to evaluate our achievements over the past year, as well as an opportunity to strengthen the bond among the Vocational Faculty family,” said the Dean.
The meeting covered two main agendas: evaluating the 2024 work program and reflecting on the implementation of the 2nd Vocational Faculty Anniversary. Additionally, the forum served as a gathering event, fostering a warm and collaborative atmosphere.
During the evaluation of the 2nd Anniversary, various suggestions and ideas for the following year's event were discussed. The participants committed to continuously improving the event’s quality to strengthen the Vocational Faculty’s position as one of USU’s leading faculties.
As a closing highlight, all participants joined a group singing session, creating a memorable moment of togetherness. This activity marked the conclusion of a meaningful reflective meeting, emphasizing the importance of harmony in achieving a shared vision.
With the successful execution of this event, the USU Vocational Faculty is optimistic about facing 2025 with renewed enthusiasm and more strategic plans, aiming to continue making valuable contributions to society and the academic world.
