Universitas Sumatera Utara issues an advisory requesting that the tradition of procession-style escorting of graduates from the USU Auditorium to their respective faculties not be carried out.
Respectfully, in connection with the implementation of the Universitas Sumatera Utara Graduation Ceremony for Period II of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, scheduled to take place on 13 and 14 February 2026 at the USU Auditorium, all students in each faculty are hereby advised not to conduct procession-style escorting (arak-arakan) of graduates from the USU Auditorium to their respective faculties.
It is hereby conveyed that such activities may cause traffic congestion and disrupt safety and security within the Universitas Sumatera Utara campus area.
Thus, this advisory is issued. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
