Announcement of Funding Recipients for TALENTA Community Service Program (Non-PNBP Funding Source) USU Fiscal Year 2026
Dear Sir/Madam,
Following the official determination of funding recipients for the Community Service Program sourced from Non-PNBP funds for the Fiscal Year 2026 at the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM), Universitas Sumatera Utara, through the Rector’s Decree Number 1839/UN5.1.R/SK/PM.01.02/2026 concerning the Appointment of Funding Recipients for the TALENTA Community Service Program (Non-PNBP Funding Source), we kindly request that this information be disseminated to lecturers and teaching staff within your respective units.
In relation to this, we would like to convey the following important points:
Funding recipients listed in the attachment are requested to check the status of their proposals via https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id/.
Proposals with the status “Accepted Proposal” / “Awaiting Progress Report” do not require revisions.
Proposals with the status “Awaiting Revised Submission Upload” require revisions, particularly regarding the approved funding amount determined by LPPM USU.
To view the approved funding amount, recipients may reprint the approval page via the menu: Submission > Submission List > Edit > Print Approval Page (on the respective proposal title), accessible starting April 14, 2026, at 14.00 WIB.
Revised proposals must be uploaded through: Submission > Submission List > Revision > Upload Revised Proposal. Please ensure that the revised proposal file does not exceed 5 MB.
Revised proposals must address at least one of the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 1, 2, 3, 4, or 17, in addition to those already stated in the original proposal.
For proposals requiring revisions, all signatures on the approval page must be completed, including:
Principal Investigator
Dean/Vice Dean
Head/Secretary of LPPM USU
Recipients whose proposals require revision are expected to complete and upload the revised proposals within the period of April 15–22, 2026.
Lecturers who have been officially designated as funding recipients will be contacted by LPPM USU staff regarding the next stages of the program implementation.
It is also informed that the announcement of funding recipients for the National Collaboration Scheme will be released simultaneously with the Indonesian Collaborative Community Service Program (PMKI).
We kindly ask all funding recipients to carefully follow the provided information to ensure the smooth implementation of the Community Service Program.
