Submission of TALENTA Community Service Proposals is open from 26 January to 20 February 2026

In connection with the completion of the Socialization of the Guidelines for Preparing TALENTA Community Service Proposals funded by Non-PNBP sources for the year 2026, we hereby request that this information be disseminated regarding the submission of TALENTA Community Service Proposals, which may be submitted from 26 January to 20 February 2026 through the following website:
https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id/

Based on the above, we would like to convey several important points as follows:

  1. The Guidelines for Preparing Community Service Proposals can be downloaded via the following link:
    https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id/announces/1085

  2. Those who were unable to attend the previously conducted socialization session may rewatch it via the following link:
    https://youtu.be/dpbpSobFqOs

  3. To ensure a smooth submission process for Community Service Proposals on the website https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id/, please pay attention to the following matters, among others:
    a. When completing the proposal submission form, please ensure that no fields are left blank; if there is no data to be entered, please fill in “0” (zero);
    b. When adding community service team members, please ensure that the displayed NIDN/NUPTK data are correct;
    c. When adding data for participating students, please ensure that the student ID number (NIM) is entered and that the NIM and name match correctly; and
    d. Please ensure that all files uploaded to https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id/ are less than 5 MB in size.
