Circular Letter on Midterm Examination (UTS) Even Semester Academic Year 2025/2026
To whom it may concern,
Referring to the Academic Calendar for the Academic Year 2025/2026 of Universitas Sumatera Utara No. 2769/UN5.1.R/SK/PK.00/2025 dated June 26, 2025, it is hereby announced that the Midterm Examination (UTS) for the Even Semester of the Academic Year 2025/2026 will be conducted from March 30 to April 10, 2026. The Midterm Examination (UTS) will be carried out both online (daring) and offline (luring) by the respective course lecturers and will be supervised by invigilators (if conducted offline).
In relation to this, please note the following:
Lecturers who have not met the minimum required number of class meetings (7 sessions) are requested to fulfill this requirement in accordance with applicable regulations.
The Midterm Examination (UTS) schedule shall follow the regular class schedule.
For offline examinations, invigilators will be assigned. Lecturers who do not require invigilators are requested to inform the Study Program administrative staff prior to the examination.
The duplication of examination questions is the responsibility of the course lecturer and may be carried out at USU PRESS.
Study Program administrative staff are responsible for printing student attendance lists (via SIA) and examination reports for all courses.
Study Program administrative staff may collect answer sheets from the Academic Office of the Faculty of Vocational Education.
Assigned invigilators may collect the examination reports, answer sheets, and student attendance lists from the respective Study Program.
Invigilators are responsible for returning the examination reports and student attendance lists to the Study Program administrative staff.
Dress Code During Midterm/Final Examinations at the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara:
Students are required to wear a plain white shirt and black trousers/skirt.
Students must arrive on time; no additional time will be given for late arrivals.
Students must dress neatly and appropriately in accordance with general norms of decency.
Students must wear closed shoes (sandals are not permitted).
