Description

The issuance of Student Identity Cards (Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa/KTM) for the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Class of 2025 will be carried out from 15 to 30 September 2025, according to each study program’s schedule.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bring the original and a photocopy of your National Identity Card (KTP)

  2. Bring Rp100,000 for the opening of a BSI account.

  3. Provide an active mobile phone number (to receive SMS/OTP code for the Byond application)

BSI KCP Medan USU
Jl. Dr. T. Mansyur No. 66 (inside USU Hospital)

Time:
08:30 – 15:00 WIB

 

Students are expected to attend according to their program’s schedule to ensure smooth processing.
