Students of the Diploma Program in Tour and Travel Operations are expected :

| 1 | Capable of carrying out technical operational activities in accordance with the objectives, fundamentals, and principles of management and organization properly. Understand the characteristics of the business so as to be able to plan, arrange tour packages and structure the organization (travel agency and travel agent) properly. |
| 2 | Capable of obtaining information required by the company, conducting and categorizing the information before being delegated to other departments in the company, managing data or archives that are used by other departments in the company/organization with a simultaneous system with a highly developed storage department, carrying out travel duties professionally, having high morals, and always upholding professional ethics. |
| 3 | Capable of providing and preparing solutions to every problem faced by tourists and explaining the causes and consequences of taking decisions, understanding the business strategies, goals, and business objectives of travel agency companies that have been prepared and planned by the leadership. |
| 4 | Capable of participating in supervising the work of other staff with the instructions and approval of the head of the travel agency, acting as a liaison between staff, clients and colleagues of the head/company of the travel and hospitality service agency. |
| 5 | Capable of handling various activities with utmost care and through his/her observations are responsible for making necessary recommendations to the management as well as handling special activities within the company. |
| 6 | Capable of being a medium between employees and the company to establish coordination and communication between them as well as being able to communicate with employees and their relations up to the highest levels of the organization and working to maintain an effective collaborative relationship within the organization. |
| 7 | Capable of performing a range of secretarial functions for a committee or organization. The skills and specializations required by an office administrator are the ability to work independently and within a team. The person must have good communication skills, both verbal and written, must be able to serve as a liaison between employees and the company and be able to perform land operation services in the management of sea and land aviation and railroad services. |
