Applied Bachelor's Degree Program

The Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Banking and Finance at the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara, prepares its graduates to solve and analyze problems that occur in the banking and finance industry and to have a career in this industry. The FV USU Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Banking and Finance offers three concentrations: Banking, Finance, and Public Appraisal.

Graduates of the FV USU Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Banking and Finance are also equipped with competency certifications in accordance with their chosen concentration. The FV USU Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Banking and Finance produces a professional workforce with theoretical abilities and practical skills.

History

2024

Program Studi DIV Perbankan dan Keuangan Fakultas Vokasi, hadir pada tahun 2024 dengan akreditasi Baik yang dikeluarkan oleh LEMBAGA AKREDITASI MANDIRI EKONOMI, MANAJEMEN, BISNIS DAN AKUNTANSI. Kurikulum yang digunakan berbasis luaran atau yang dikenal dengan istilah Outcome-Based Education (OBE) merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang sangat tepat dalam memenuhi kompetensi yang diperlukan sejalan dengan perkembangan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Pentingnya memastikan keterampilan dan pengetahuan apa yang dicapai oleh mahasiswa pada saat menyelesaikan studi merupakan kunci dalam implementasi kurikulum dengan pendekatan OBE dan program MBKM dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan pengalaman pembelajaran langsung di luar prodi agar mahasiswa dapat lebih siap menghadapi dunia kerja dan karirnya. Selain itu, kurikulum berdasarkan kebijakan MBKM di Program Studi DIV Perbankan dan Keuangan dapat menjawab tantangan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, kemajuan IPTEK, tuntutan dunia usaha dan industri maupun dinamika masyarakat.
