Learning Outcomes

The Profile of Graduates of the Applied Bachelor's Degree Program in Banking and Finance of the USU Faculty of Vocational Education is derived into 5 (five) Graduate Learning Outcomes. Although the curriculum design is OBE-based, the formulation of ELOs is still prepared by considering the dimensions of attitude (S), general skills (KU), specific skills (KK), and mastery of knowledge (P) required in KKNI.

Learning Outcomes
1 Capable of analyzing banking and financial problems by upholding moral and ethical values and working together in teams
2 Capable of analyzing problems that occur in the world of banking and finance based on an understanding of banking and financial concepts independently, with quality and measurability;
3 Capable of conducting business communication in financial institutions, utilizing basic marketing science, management according to banking service standards, Bank SOPs and applicable banking laws;
4 Capable of implementing the latest banking technology systems/applications appropriately to present financial statements, financial ratios and financial planning;
5 Capable of implementing theoretical concepts, methods and principles of personal and corporate finance;
6 Capable of implementing theoretical concepts of methods and principles of entrepreneurship and financial planning of MSMEs so that, MSMEs have a spirit of independence to develop in accordance with applicable norms;
7 Capable of implementing regional financial concepts in solving regional financial problems in accordance with applicable laws and having social sensitivity and concern for society and the environment;
8 Capable of implementing theoretical concepts, methods, and principles of asset management and valuation in accordance with applicable norms and ethics;
9 Capable of conducting asset valuation with responsibility and discipline and able to work together in a team;
10 Capable of analyzing the concept of risk management theory to implement banking regulations in accordance with banking and financial law;
11 Capable of developing marketing strategies for financial and banking products with the use of digital financial technology in accordance with existing values, ethical norms and able to lead, cooperate and communicate in teams;
12 Capable of making decisions appropriately, showing integrity, critical thinking, creativity and leadership spirit as well as a responsible attitude towards work in their field of expertise.
