One of the higher education pathways that is increasingly in demand today is vocational education. This growing interest is driven by the high demand from industry and the workforce for skilled and competent professionals, particularly in the fields of Secretarial Studies and Digital Office Administration. To address this demand, Universitas Sumatera Utara intends to establish the Applied Bachelor’s Degree Program in Digital Office Administration, designed to produce graduates who are competent in Secretarial Studies, Digital Office Management, and Digital Business Management. The Applied Bachelor’s Degree Program in Digital Office Administration, under the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara, offers two concentrations: Digital Business Management and Digital Office Management. Graduates of this program are expected to pursue careers as Office Administrative Assistants, Entrepreneurs (Event Organizers/EOs), Office Administrative Managers, or Public Relations Officers in government institutions and private organizations, both nationally and internationally, depending on the chosen concentration. This program is designed to prepare professional, adaptive, and competitive graduates ready to excel in the workforce.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, peace be upon us all. Welcome to our students! There is a saying that “tak kenal maka tak sayang,” therefore, allow me, Fivi Rahmatus Sofiyah, as the Head of the Digital Office Administration Applied Bachelor’s Degree Program, Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara, to welcome the younger siblings who have graduated and joined the Digital Office Administration Study Program. You are the chosen ones. My message as a lecturer and Head of the Study Program is not to waste the efforts you have made to date. Keep your good name, the good name of the family, and also the good name of our campus until you succeed in getting a degree, and continue to maintain the good name of your alma mater.
