Elective Course for 4th Semester | The Quality Management course is a continuation of the Quality Control course that has been given to students in the early semesters. The purpose of this course is to provide students with knowledge about the basic concepts, principles, and techniques of quality control in an integrated management organization or company. Through this course, students are expected to be able to plan, identify quality problems, analyze, improve, and control quality problems in an organization. Providing case examples and completing simple studies in the field are expected to provide students with an overview of existing quality problems and actions that can be taken with quality management approaches.

Elective Course for 4th Semester | This course aims to enable students to practice archive storage and retrieval. This course covers alphabetical filing systems, geographical filing systems, chronological filing systems, and number filing systems.
The Applied Research Methodology course is compulsory in Digital Perception Administration. This course aims to help students understand, detail, and apply the concepts and theories of writing scientific work (KI) so that they understand the guidelines for scientific work. The aim is to uniformize the standard writing format, both for students as researchers and for supervisors in directing KI writing.

This course discusses the basic concepts and principles of facilities and infrastructure management and its application in organizations. The main focus includes planning, controlling, and implementing facilities and infrastructure activities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational operations.
Protocol course is a compulsory course in the Digital Office Administration Study Program. The purpose of this course is for students to be able to understand the nature and role of public relations, and to be able to develop communication programs and activity programs to create a corporate image and identity. The course content includes the history and development of public relations, the definition and specificity of public relations from other marketing activities, public relations ethics and professionalism, communication in public relations, public opinion and public relations audiences, as well as writing and speaking techniques in the context of public relations activities.
