Medan, August 17, 2026 — The spirit of togetherness and sportsmanship among the academic community of the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) led the faculty to achieve several accomplishments in a series of competitions commemorating the 81st Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, held across the USU campus.
The competitions were attended by members of the academic community from various faculties and work units within USU as part of the Independence Day celebrations. A variety of competition categories were organized to enliven the celebrations while strengthening camaraderie and fostering closer relationships among units across the university.
The winners were announced on August 17, 2026, following the Independence Day flag-raising ceremony. The Faculty of Vocational Education USU successfully secured seven titles across the various competitions it entered.

The seven titles demonstrate the enthusiasm and spirit of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU’s academic community in participating in the celebration of Indonesia’s 81st Independence Day across the university.
