In order to meet the need for permanent lecturers and ensure the continuity of high-quality learning processes, the Faculty of Vocational Education of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has conducted the recruitment of permanent lecturers for the 2025 and 2026 periods. This recruitment is intended for lecturers who possess academic qualifications, professional expertise, and competencies relevant to their respective fields of study, in order to ensure alignment between lecturers’ competencies and the intended learning outcomes of graduates.
The Faculty of Vocational Education of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has officially announced the list of permanent lecturers for the 2025 and 2026 Academic Years. The appointment of these permanent lecturers is part of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU’s efforts to strengthen human resources and improve the quality of vocational education that is adaptive, applicative, and aligned with the needs of the world of work.
In her remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU, Prof. Dr. Isfenti Sadalia, S.E., M.E., stated that the appointment of permanent lecturers is a strategic step in maintaining academic quality and ensuring the sustainability of the implementation of the tridharma of higher education. Permanent lecturers are expected to play an active role not only in the teaching and learning process, but also in the development of applied research and community service that delivers tangible impact.
“Permanent lecturers are the main pillar in strengthening vocational education. With the support of competent and committed human resources, the Faculty of Vocational Education USU is optimistic that it can continue to produce graduates who are excellent, professional, and ready to compete in the world of work,” said the Dean of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU.
