Medan, September 23, 2026 – The Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held a joint exercise session for lecturers and education personnel on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Held at Building A of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU, the activity marked the first joint exercise session held within the Faculty of Vocational Education in 2026.
Held after working hours, the exercise session was attended enthusiastically by lecturers and education personnel of the Faculty of Vocational Education. To lead the activity, the Faculty of Vocational Education invited an exercise instructor who guided participants through various exercises together.
In addition to maintaining physical fitness and health, the activity also served as a means of building togetherness and creating a more positive and enjoyable work environment. The participants appeared enthusiastic as they followed each movement guided by the instructor.
Through this joint exercise session, the Faculty of Vocational Education USU continues to encourage the implementation of a healthy lifestyle in the workplace. Holding the activity after working hours also provided an opportunity for lecturers and education personnel to exercise and maintain their fitness after carrying out their work activities.
The activity is expected to become a regular agenda as part of efforts to create a healthy, active, and collaborative work environment at the Faculty of Vocational Education USU.
