Medan, September 30, 2026 – The Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), once again held its regular exercise activity, attended by lecturers and education personnel within the Faculty of Vocational Education on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The activity was held after working hours as a shared activity to maintain fitness while strengthening familiarity among lecturers and education personnel.
In a relaxed and enthusiastic atmosphere, participants followed the exercise movements led by an instructor. Despite being held after completing their work activities, the lecturers and education personnel appeared enthusiastic in following each movement.
In addition to providing health and physical fitness benefits, the regular exercise activity also provided an opportunity for lecturers and education personnel to interact in a more relaxed setting. The togetherness built through the activity is expected to strengthen relationships and create an increasingly harmonious working atmosphere within the Faculty of Vocational Education USU.
Through this activity, the Faculty of Vocational Education USU continues to encourage the creation of a healthy, active, and close-knit work environment. The regular exercise activity is expected to become a positive activity that continues to be held as a means of maintaining fitness while strengthening the solidarity and familiarity of lecturers and education personnel.
