Medan, June 20, 2026 – The Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), once again expressed its appreciation for the competency achievements of its academic community. A notable achievement was earned by Mr. Saddam Husein Nasution, M.Si., who successfully obtained the Level 1 Government Procurement Competency Certificate and Type C Commitment-Making Officer Competency Certificate from the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP).
The attainment of these competency certificates serves as evidence of a commitment to improving capacity and professionalism in the field of government procurement. This competency also plays an important role in supporting procurement implementation in accordance with the principles of effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, accountability, and integrity.
As part of organizational management and good governance, competence in government procurement is an important aspect in ensuring that every procurement process can be carried out professionally and in accordance with applicable regulations.
