The Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara, has once again recorded an academic achievement through the promotion to the functional position of Associate Professor for two lecturers, namely Dr. Yasmin Chairunisa Muchtar, SP., MBA., and Mr. Popi Patilaya, S.Si., M.Sc., Apt. This promotion represents an appreciation for their dedication, performance, and sustained academic contributions in carrying out the tridharma of higher education.
The promotion to the functional position of Associate Professor was attained through a rigorous and objective evaluation process covering the aspects of education and teaching, research, and community service. Both lecturers are recognized for their active involvement in the development of applied sciences, scientific publications, and the mentoring of the academic community within the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara.
This achievement is expected to further strengthen the academic quality of the Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara, and serve as motivation for other lecturers to continuously enhance professionalism and contribute to the advancement of excellent and competitive vocational education.
