D3 English Study Program of the Faculty of Vocational Studies USU held an “Experience Sharing” Film Screening seminar with the United States of America Consulate Medan on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at the USU Faculty of Vocational Studies Hall. The activity was held to discuss the movie “Hidden Figures” in the framework of African-American Week. The movie Hidden Figures is based on the history of the first black female scientist to join NASA. This activity also discusses the role of women and their struggles in undergoing jobs that are dominated by men. This activity was attended by Bernard Uadan from the United States of America Medan Consul as the speaker in this activity.
