Medan, August 21, 2026 — The Faculty of Vocational Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held a performance agreement signing between the Dean and the Heads of Study Programs within the Faculty of Vocational Education on Friday, August 21, 2026. The event took place at the Faculty of Vocational Education USU Hall and was attended by the faculty leadership, Heads of Study Programs, the Head of the Administration Division, Heads of Subdivisions, and expert staff of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU.

The event opened with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU, Prof. Dr. Isfenti Sadalia, S.E., M.E. In her remarks, the Dean emphasized the importance of a shared commitment in carrying out duties and responsibilities in accordance with established performance targets. Performance agreements serve as an important instrument to ensure that each work program is implemented in a focused, measurable manner and aligned with the strategic objectives of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU.

Following the Dean’s remarks, the event continued with the signing of performance agreements between the Dean of the Faculty of Vocational Education USU and the Heads of Study Programs. The signing represented the commitment of the Heads of Study Programs to implement the agreed performance targets and indicators while contributing to the achievement of the faculty’s objectives.

The signed performance agreements reflect the responsibilities of each study program in supporting improvements in the quality of education, human resource development, strengthened governance, and the achievement of various faculty performance indicators. Through these agreements, each Head of Study Program is expected to ensure that work programs are implemented effectively and produce measurable results.

The presence of faculty leadership, the Head of the Administration Division, Heads of Subdivisions, and expert staff further strengthened the spirit of coordination and synergy in implementing performance targets across the Faculty of Vocational Education USU. Collaboration among various faculty units is an important factor in ensuring that each target can be achieved optimally.

The signing of the performance agreements also served as an opportunity to foster an accountable, responsible, and results-oriented work culture. With clear commitments between faculty leadership and study programs, work programs are expected to be implemented consistently, accompanied by monitoring and evaluation of established performance targets.

Through this activity, the Faculty of Vocational Education USU continues to strengthen institutional governance and encourage all study programs to improve their performance and the quality of academic services.
