A work meeting is an activity conducted by a departmental association after the inauguration of the management. A work meeting was also held by the Statistics Student Association (HIMASTA) on November 17, 2023. The work meeting went smoothly, although there was a change in schedule due to rain and waiting for the completeness of the HIMASTA management. During the work meeting, each division presented all the work programs to be carried out during one management period. HIMASTA has five divisions: Public Relations, Arts and Sports, Fundraising and Business, Spirituality, and Research and Development. During the work meeting, each division presented their work programs, which would be ratified after the presentation. In addition to the five divisions, the Daily Executive Board also participated in the presentation of work programs.
Generally, a work meeting is attended by the management of an association. However, HIMASTA wants to implement a transparent approach, so HIMASTA invited alumni, the head of the D-III Statistics Study Program, and Statistics lecturers to the work meeting. During the event, each member of the management was very enthusiastic in presenting and listening to every work program that would be carried out. This is because each HIMASTA management member is required to help each other so that every ratified work program can be fully implemented. Thus, this is an explanation of the work meeting held by HIMASTA.
