This guidance activity was related to assignments for the courses Assessment Practice and Reporting, as well as the Indonesian Appraisers' Code of Ethics (KEPI) and Basic Indonesian Appraisal Standards, taught by Dr. Handy Octavianus, ST., MMPP., MAPPI (Cert.).

The in-person guidance conducted within the Public Appraisal Services Office provided students with an opportunity to gain a learning experience closer to professional practice. During the activity, students received guidance on completing their assignments while deepening their understanding of the assessment process, report preparation, application of the code of ethics, and use of appraisal standards in practice.

This activity is one form of the implementation of Teaching Factory (TEFA) at the Faculty of Vocational Education USU. Through the TEFA approach, the learning process does not only take place in the classroom but can also be conducted through learning experiences integrated with the work environment and professional practices.

Guidance within the Public Appraisal Services Office provided students with an opportunity to connect course materials with the conditions and professional requirements of the appraisal field. This experience is expected to help students develop technical skills, professional understanding, and the work attitudes required to enter the workforce.

Through learning integrated with professional practice, the Faculty of Vocational Education USU continues to encourage the creation of an educational process that is linked and matched with the world of work, so that students gain experience and competencies relevant to their fields of expertise.
