The technical guidance was attended by the Head of Administration of the USU Vocational Faculty, Subdivision Heads within the Vocational Faculty, Archive Managers of the USU Vocational Faculty, and expert speakers in archival management from Universitas Sumatera Utara. The event ran smoothly and was met with high enthusiasm from the participants.
The event commenced with an opening by the Master of Ceremonies and a prayer, followed by a welcoming speech from Cut Ruvina Hakim, S.Sos., M.Pd., a Junior Expert Archivist from the USU Archives Office. In her remarks, she emphasized the importance of proper archival management in higher education institutions to support administrative efficiency.
The first session was delivered by Cut Ruvina Hakim, S.Sos., M.Pd., who introduced the fundamental principles of archival management within educational institutions.
